Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users when using e-commerce related services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by online shopping malls operated by WONTEK (hereinafter “Company”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Mall" refers to a virtual business place operated by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services (hereinafter "Products") to users. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions."Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Mall and can continuously receive information from the Company and use the services.
Article 3 (Specification, Effect, and Change of Terms and Conditions)
The Company shall post the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial service screen of the Mall so that users can easily understand them.The Company may amend the terms and conditions within the scope not violating relevant laws and regulations, and in case of amendment, it shall notify through announcements.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
The Company performs the following tasks: ① Providing information on products and concluding purchase contracts ② Delivering products for which purchase contracts have been concluded ③ Other tasks determined by the Company.The Company may change the content of the products to be provided in cases such as product out of stock or changes in technical specifications.
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in cases where reasons such as maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication disruption of information and communication facilities such as computers occur.
Article 6 (Membership)
Users apply for membership registration by filling in member information according to the membership registration form set by the Company and agreeing to these terms and conditions.The Company accepts membership registration based on the registered information and may not accept it in cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs.
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall immediately process the membership withdrawal.If a member falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Company may restrict or suspend the member's qualification.
Article 8 (Application for Purchase and Conclusion of Contract)
Users apply for purchase in the Mall by the following or similar methods, and the contract is formed when the Company accepts it.The Company may not accept purchase applications in the following cases.
Article 9 (Payment Method)
Payment for products purchased in the Mall can be made by any of the following methods: Credit card, real-time bank transfer, bank deposit without a passbook, mobile phone payment, etc.
Article 10 (Delivery)
Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of product supply, the Company shall take necessary measures such as custom manufacturing, packaging, etc., to deliver the product within 7 days from the date the user applied for the order.
Article 11 (Subscription Cancellation and Refund)
Users may withdraw their offer within 7 days from the date they received the product.In the following cases, returns and exchanges are restricted: ① If the product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the user ② If the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in loss of product value.Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date the withdrawn product is returned to the Company.
Article 12 (Personal Information Protection)
When collecting users' personal information, the Company collects the minimum necessary personal information within the scope required for service provision, and when collecting and using users' personal information, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.
Article 13 (Company Obligations)
The Company shall do its best to provide stable services in accordance with these terms and conditions and establish a security system including personal information protection.
Article 14 (User Obligations)
Users shall not perform the following acts: Identity theft, Modification of information posted on the Mall, Acts that interfere with the Company's operation, etc.
Article 15 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Company belong to the Company.Users shall not use information obtained by using the Mall for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)
The Company establishes and operates a customer center to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for their damages.In case of a dispute, it may follow the mediation of dispute resolution organizations such as the Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Trade Commission, and the Consumer Agency.
Article 17 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
